Rides are billed pay‑as‑you‑go. We provide refunds for charges caused by platform or vehicle malfunctions. To request a refund, email support@ridecoastly.com within 48 hours and include your ride ID and a brief description.
You can cancel a reservation in the app before unlock at no charge. Once a cart is unlocked, billing begins and continues until you end the ride in the app.
Time, distance, taxes, and applicable fees are shown before you start the ride. If we issue an adjustment, you’ll receive an email receipt.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first. We review GPS, photos, and telemetry to resolve fairly.
